		<description>thanks for the great links, i have been wanting to look into sustainable seafood for a while now. and the stuff about pesticide covered fruits and veggies is interesting too, especially ideas about peeling or not peeling the skin to avoid risks because it also decreases the nutritional level when you do that</description>
