		<description>Agreed.  I feel the &quot;performer&quot; rightfully should take credit for the speech.  Like you said, its the politicians that create its content, points, topics, subject matter, etc... Anyone can write a speech, but what makes these speeches great are the person who is &quot;performing&quot; it out.  FDR during the depression was the one who wanted to unsure people that everything will be alright.  Just because he wasn&#039;t the one who physically wrote, &quot;the only thing we have to fear, is fear itself,&quot; doesn&#039;t mean that he shouldn&#039;t take less credit, for that was the message he wanted to broadcast.  So my point is, the great speeches are in the delivery.  That is what made JFK so popular, &quot;ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country,&quot; and that is what makes Barrack Obama so popular too.  The guy writing the speeches, can only write, for example, what Barrack tells him, so in fairness, he merely writes what the &quot;performers&quot; want to say.... so thats like plagiarizing :)</description>
